I got three tiers of walls for my minis... are you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ me with this joke you call a prison?
Secure, Regulate, Rehabilitate.
I have ZERO ESCAPES in both my mini (small wall) and Maxi (full wall) prisons - get your ♥♥♥♥ together bro.
Perhaps, position snipers and armed guards at the barrier.
It doesn't help if you never been to prison irl... more in-the-dark for normies here.
But seriously, if perps are escaping, it is all on the warden as the issue.
You lack proper guard positioning and maybe staffing, ez-pz or as stated above.
The AI is not that smart hun, lol, not in this game.
If you are using mods, or have used mods, this is your problem (dirty and clean mods are known to break this game).
I have ZERO ISSUES in VANILLA gaming but i had a plethora of issues with mod gaming
