How to fix the cooking bug with cooks not making food

Your prison has to be fully enclosed. So if the prisoners can walk to the edge of the map without going through a door, they will remain in their cells and the cooks wont cook food.

Didn't understand bro, I have my cells, each one with a normal door, then, for all of it I have a single Personal only door. Next to this exit, I have my canteen with 3 normal doors in a row. Cooks don't cook, and prisoners dont go anywhere :(

Bro, you need to have your prison completely enclosed. That means a locked door to get out, and walls around all your buildings. If the prisoners can walk out of your prison to the edge of the map without gonig through a locked door, they wont leave their cells. Cooks won't cook because the prisoners won't come to the canteen.

The staff door doesn't count as a locked door.

Yep it works. Either make sure the canteen is directly NEXT to your prison block (connected by walls) or if there is a road between the canteen and cell block, gate off the road or wall it off.

My prisoners go to the canteen but the cooks wont cook, I've tried everything, its driving me insane!

Dead, that issue is most likly caused by incorrectly set logistics (be sure that your demand is registering in the canteen) or you have zoned the areas under your doors.

You might try restarting the game if that happens.
