Workshop Safety Induction - Zero attendance, why?

I've built a workshop and started a Workshop safety induction and get zero attendance over 23 days so far. All the prisoners are listed as yellow boxes in the Program tab, whereas Kitchen and Foundation always get lots of green boxes. I've built a 2nd workshop on the 20th day, but that didn't do anything either.

Make sure you check the times, and list them as work hours. For example, if the classes are 4-6PM. Make sure you list those times as work.

They are, I've even set 6 hours of work in the regime so that the course runs 3 times a day too, nobody attends despite being interested and filling the slots. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/12843960/prison_architect_workshop_problem.jpg

Make sure that your prisoners needs are statisfied and that they are not supressed (remove armed guards from your prison if there are any).

I've removed the armed guards and removed all punishments to reduce supression to 0, still nothing. Needs are met (green/yellow). Lots of prisoners are interested and book their slot but don't go into the workshop still.

Bulldozing my Workshop and building a new one seems to have fixed it. Odd.

I too have experienced this problem. You didn't need to bulldoze the workshop really. My problem was that the route was blocked by "Staff Only" areas.

The reason bulldozing your workshop worked, is because the workshop was marked as "Staff Only".
