Different Jump Suit?

Had someone arrive at my Prison today wearing an old timey white jumpsuit with black horizontal stripes. Sometime during the day (as I lost track of him checking on something) he changed into a regular orange jump suit. Has anyone else had this happen? Is it an easter egg? Totally wish I'd have taken a screen shot of it now.

This may be one of those extra prisoners you can import.
Or it may be an easter egg.

Black shirt with a skull on it could be the new uniform for the death row inmates? I'm not sure what the striped one could be.

They seem to be the prisoners with the faces of their "owners", so it could be that in addition to modelling your face for the prisoner, you can also model their wardrobe/jumpsuit.

I think it's more random than that. I've had generic prisoners come in with street clothing.

I had a similarly 'dapper' prisoner, (pic uploaded)... probably an Easter egg of some kind(?) kinda cool though!

My guess has been these are prisoners that aren't brought in from other prisons, but were sent to you immediately after their trial and sentencing. Those already dressed in uniforms are from other prisons being sent to you to populate your prison.
