Room Settings *Bug Report

So i had my prison and started setting rooms for max security and stuff. I set my Kennel to staff only so prisoners couldnt do anthing weird. When I did that, the dog handlers were in the room, but the dogs wouldnt come in, so i thought i had to fire them and reset them over, i tried multiple times and lost alot of money, then i found that problem and sret it back to shared.

Also, another bug is with setting max security to different rooms, i set max security to the cell block, the canteen, and the showers, instantly, all the prisoners left their cells and hid in the holding cell, never coming out. Setting everything back to shared fixed the problem
