Report a translation problem
My problem though is not that the time stays at 1x it's that it only slightly changes and takes forever to go though one day and the game becomes two grindy to be playable
So maybe just the animation tht can't keep up.
p.s. Big is at least a 100 prisoners in a big jail(lots of objects)
i.e. your computer system not being able to calculate everything (pathing and so on) quickly enough, to attain any speedup (with other words, for your system and prison size, the game probably already is running at the maximum possible speed if you have normal time enabled)
