However be aware that in the current alpha the shop lowers the wish to join reform programs, so you'll never see a carpenter again if you have a shop.
(Or just de-zone the shop for one day and see if anybody joins the Carprentice programme)
Surely they'll change it to work properly, it is unlikely this "Reform programs suck, only work is good" logic is intended.
It would be sensible for to impact their reform will slightly because Work is easier tham Reform and THEN work, but completely removing Carpentry is not sensible.
