No visitors?

The game always tells me that familys want to visit, but they don't come to the prison although I got a visitor room!

Maybe it's because the corridor to the visitation room is set to PCSec. Set the corridor to Shared and see what happens.

Naja du hast die berechtigung des Raums auf "zu schützende" gesetzt, daher dürfen deine gefangenen mit nidrigem, normalen und hohem risiko diesen raum nciht betreten.

Der Status "zu Schützende" ist dazu gedacht, deine Verräter und ex-gesetzeshüter von den anderen gefangen zu trenne, da diese sonst leicht umgebracht werden.

ändern kannst du den status, wenn du einen gefangenen anklickst unter Biografie. Wer Verräter und ehemaliger gesetzeshüter ist, findest du unter schmuggel - informanten.

its PC only. Also if you want to set the entrance as a no go zone just set that part as staff only, there is no need for it to be anything else.
