Personally, i just lock their door and let them starve. The bastards. I had FIVE DEATH ROW GANG MEMBERS, in a row! The sheer ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ odds, ALL of them where gang members... Until now anyway, but then it gave me an extremely volatile gang member legendary instead. Once he's uncuffed from his last furniture beating session, he starts again. Thanks, game. (Atleast he didn't have the Extremely Deadly trait, thank God...)
Never tried executing them, but i'd imagine you get a big penalty for doing so. Both monetary, and too many bad executions gets you sacked.
I just get another another death row prisoner which is not a gang member. However he wont go to parole as well. I try set my parole room with/ without death row zone yet he still dont want go in too.
Is there any solution for this? Do i have to build 2 seperate parole room where one is for public another for death row?
Water+Electricity pretty much equals fire, so the guy burned to death. Quite fast, effecient, but messy and needs reasonable amounts of space, i'd imagine.
