Is it worth to have several lawyers ?
Hi everybody. I have more than 30 prisonners waiting to (maybe) be free and I find this number very high. Do more lawyers make the programm faster ?

dont think so, the lawyer is your own lawyer and not the prisoners. they have there own layers, only thing that speeds the prisoners up is having 30 rooms

You can use the same room for multiple parole hearings on each day, you can probably fit at least two sessions in for each day (or three with a bit of luck).

Go to "programs", select the parole program, "edit schedule" and add an additional parole session (and to change the start of the initial session). If I remember correctly, your Chief and Warden need to be able to attend the session, so it won't work to add multiple parole rooms.

Remember no set the start time of the first session to a time when your prisoners are awake. It is set to 6 AM by default, and your prisoners are probably still sleeping that early.

Don't use money on extra lawyers, the prisoners bring their own parole lawyers, your own (staff) lawyer is just in the game to find legal loopholes for you :)

You're Warden and Chief do not attend parole hearings. When they first added parole to the game they did have to be present, but they changed that. Now each parole hearing brings in a magistrate and a parole lawyer.

Also, if you have gangs, they will not go to parole hearings, but they will count on your To Do List. So, if you schedule lots of parole hearings and the magistrates and lawyers leave just after it starts, it's a gang member, and he's not coming.
