Delivery Glitches

So I built most of my prison, but I forgot the offices. So I plan it all out and wati for the deliveries, and first off, my road gates are open at all times even when on Normal mode, and all trucks, garbage trucks, deliveries, even prisoners just drive through without a stop and off the screen.

Did you do anything to the deliveries zone?

Yes, I made it larger so we wouldent have such a backwater of trucks, as it was full. Then they moved most of it to storage, and I put it back to normal.

If you remove delivery zone while trucks were coming it will cancel the trucks and they will never appear.

Restart.

He's referring to your problem for the rest of us, not you. You didn't give us anything to help diagnose and now you've given up and are moving on.

That explanation was wrong. Never just abandon a prison when you're having a problem otherwise any potential bugs will never be fixed.

So instead of making a new save and leaving the old one for later, you want me to not play prison architect until they patch it again, god knows when, and on the chance that they even know this bug EXISTS.

Some clarifications for you - chances are it's not a bug. Most likely it's you.
However, you've not provided enough information for anyone to help you in an informed way.
On the off chance that it is an actual bug, then it's guaranteed to have been picked up and reported by someone else.

It doesn't take 5 minutes to post some screenshots, which you haven't done, but would help us immensely to figure out what's wrong. Also, you can have multiple saves, so you could just save the old prison while we help you and make another one in the mean-time.

Never just give up on a problem because if it is a bug, you may well be the first person to encounter it, and if it doesn't get reported, others might get it too and it'll take longer to get fixed.
