My prisoner's won't go to the canteen

I already set my regime, they have 2 hours to eat, they are starving, the food is ready, but they won't leave their cells to eating (they go to shower and yard normally, though). Anyone can help? thanks

This could be caused by a messed-up Logistics link. Check Food Logistics tab to make sure both your cell blocks and kitchen are both linked to your canteen.

Since they cooked though, it might be OK in Logistics. Then you have to examine the path to the canteen. Is it a different area than the access to the Shower and Yard? Does this path go in an Unsecured area? (blinking yellow in Deployment tab) If it does, they won't be allowed to go. If you're not sure of this, throw up a temporary fence completely enclosing the path to the canteen and see if it still happens.
