Inmates peeing everywhere
I don't know if it is just me, but sometimes I come across inmates in my prison who leave behind puddle after puddle of what looks like pee, almost for no reason at times.

I know this because I have bathrooms in a number of rooms (showers, dining area, yard etc) so that inmates are able to satisfy their needs for relief more easily, but sometimes I come across trails of wee all over the place, and sometimes even see a prisoner creating a large puddle in his cell as he waddles around.

Is this really a bug, or am I missing something? Guys with empty bladders shouldn't be pissing everywhere, unless maybe it is something else?

Do they even use those external bathrooms? I've tried that, toilet areas in the yard or canteen or common room but they never seem to use them, they poop on the floor instead.

Their Bowel and Bladder needs always seem to be so high, I've resorted to sending everyone to three one-hour lockups a day so they take care of their $@!& and don't crap everywhere. They always use the toilets in their cells.

I seen plenty of people use the bathroom in many rooms.. Thing is, even when they don't have the bladder need, they still pee everywhere..

I wander if it is a bug of sorts, because I don't think a person is supposed to pee for hours at a time despite not having an overflowing need.

they can't walk away from work, so if you plan like 8 consequetive Work Regime hours, they may work and not be able to satisfy any needs for 8 hours straight. pee and poo builds up very quickly, and it being full has that result, so yeah...

they use toilets when they can, if they need to. they don't piss themselves unless the need is full, and they'll wee well before then if they can.

if they piss on the floor a lot it has to be a Regime or an infrastructure problem.

But what about if they are having lunch, or in their cell?

It has happened, And trust me, both these rooms have bathrooms they can use if needed. It also is noted that they do this for awhile. I can understand pissing on the floor and leaving behind one puddle, but puddle after puddle wherevere they go, even if they have access to a loo? I don't know what that is about.

Also, I only have 5 hours of work, 2 in the morning, and 3 in the afternoon, before work, though, they get an hour to shower and 3 hours of free time, and since my showers also have a bathroom in them (that is used just as much as the showers themselves) I'd assume bursting bladders shouldn't be a problem.

Not like it is seriously impacting anything, just.. Kinda weird, and I wonder if it is a bug or something..

cells should have toilets, so the only way they can't pee or poo when in their Cell is if they're Sleeping (or you use a Regime that they cannot obey).

...sounds like an actual bug i guess. i don't have it. how are their pee and poo needs while they're habitually soiling themselves?

I swear, I rarely see those needs go very high, and when a puddle is left behind, they often don't have the need, and still leave a trail that lasts awhile. I think it goes away after awhile, though.. Still is odd.

Maybe it is just me?

If your prisoners are peeing on the floor it will say 'Urinating' when you hover over them. The 'pee' you are seeing everywhere is probably vomit as a result of withdrawl from drugs/alcohol.

The problem is that you are not allowed to seperate the bathrooms with doors since the last alpha. Especially in the canteen this is a big problem, because either all of your prisoners try to eat in the toilet or they won't use them at all. They door voids the room under it, so your bathrooms count as independent canteens.

because of how often they move in and out, this door should be open all the time during Eat. so why have that door anyway? just remove it.

What exactly is the green puddles that disapear after a while is that puke from withdrawl or is the yellow stains puke or pee?

I don't have a door.

I even have a picture of my prison that shows that the connecting bathrooms are doorless.

You know... Maybe that is what that is..

I don't ever recall seeing a "pee" status when they leave behind those trails, and oftentimes I think they have a drug need or something.. Maybe it is vomit? That was my second guess, since why would a person pee as they walk?

It's called style ;P I prefer a closed door between me and other people when I take a ♥♥♥♥. Prisoners may be bad people, but they are still humans ;)

Almost every morning nearly all of my prisoners just stand in their cells and piss themselves...there's a perfectly good toilet there, but nope...they decide to just stand there.
They even try to leave their own cells and go to another cell to use their toilet. My prisoners are dumb...
They'll use a toilet/shower in the yard, rather than use the ones in their cells. And yet, during the day, they'll use their cells...it's only at night and during lockup phases that they just wet themselves...it's odd. (Or is it a form of passive resistance? Hmm...)
