How do I improve my grades and reoffender rate?
I have around 200 prisoners, although I am struggling to continuously build enough cells for all of them to have their own. I have metal detectors on canteens, common areas, the infirmary, and the visiting areas. I have guards patrolling almost every area of the prison, with dog patrols in high traffic areas like canteens, and extra guards in the showers where there is a lot of traffic. I have two classroom running the foundations of education class numerous times throughout the day. I also run drug/AA, behavioral therapy, and spiritual programs as often as I can allow. I also have meals on high/high.
All that being said, I have dismal grades.

How do I improve them? Especially health, I don't really understand what more I can do to improve that one. And why is my re-offending rate still so high?

And lastly, my large lump of cash from my previous prison sale is almost gone and I'm only at 8k a day. Any way to improve cash flow while sustaining the prison?

And I don't do executions.

Any tips are GREATLY appreciated. I know we are all still learning together, but I have seen a lot of very successful prisons and really want some help. Also any tips on preventing deaths is appreciated as well.

Ok, it looks like you are doing farly well. I am going to say your issue is all the violence. Untreated injuries is most likly what's tanking your health. Security is lowered by fight, espace attempts, and other violent offences. It's to delve deeper and finds out why your incedents are happening. Sory there are too many options for me to gues at the cause. Be sure sec lvls (esecially pc/s. max) are seperated. Increase gaurd coverage in high incedent area's. Watch the needs tab and see if there's part of the day where any particular need is really high and try to fix it.

I seem to have a contraband issue if I am reading it correctly. What is the most effective way to prevent and get rid of contraband?

Shakedown every 2 days, Also dog patrols on the delivery area (You'll be amazed at the amount of contraband that comes in through deliveries)

Oh that's a good idea Vidy! I'll put some dogs on the delivery area. Any other good tips for contraband?

A tip from the wiki
'Contraband can be thrown over the outermost wall or fence but only up to a 10 block range. If possible have this range filled with buildings or marked as staff only.'

Also i know the reform part of the parole can be reduced by running education programmes in the classroom.
Also it looks as though your prison is waaaaaaaaaay over populated. From the sceencap you have like 300+ prisoners but only 200 cells. Having them stored in Holding Cells, even great big ones will keep your scores low esp for Environment, Safety, Comfort etc.

That's not way over populated if you run decetn holding cells. I'm running 200 cells per 350-400 prisoners per sec lvl (should be around 1000 prisoners in 650 cells whne I'm done)
