Dirty prisoners won't get to shower

I got gangs and regardless if prisoners are in them most of the prisoners (and I have 250) won't go to shower on Shower time. I even put da*n shower right where they leave their cells and they still don't care, they'd rather form up gay parties like this http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=508700910
What's wrong?

Do you have a screenshot for the shower room? And the deployment screen for both? It's hard to tell with just this image.

I can only tell that they showered before, at least before I changed some people into gang members in save file. Sometimes they'll even pass by shower room and go into direction of cells (I'm talking like holding cells to cells now) where they create these parties. When it started happening I didn't even have a lot of gang members. They go to showers on free time tho, unless they do something else ofc. I also had some weird problem where red gang didn't wante dto retake Common Room even when there were only like 8 guards and they had about 20 people ready, they'd just stop room next to it and get back to canteen to lieutenant. I don't really want to take more screenshots because I don't have any more Steam Cloud for screenshots and I need to delete other SS in order to upload new ones. I think I either have to live with this or make new save/wait for update.

I just made Shower into Free Time and more prisoners actually do take a shower, but entire cell block just slept untill Eat time and then complained about them smelling like sh*t. Lol

Use Yard instead of Freetime, that way you can make them shower and at the same time have the ones that don't wanna clean excercise or sit on benches.

If you don't feel like doing that, go put a few showers into the Canteen, one of the best ways to clean some stragglers.

Whatever, I made a new save and I'll investigate if same problem happens. I just wanted to see if other ppl encountered same problem.
