How to create a fire
I have a supermax guy, and i could change him to death row and make his death quick, but he's killed 10 prisoners and 23 staff....so i wanna lock him in a room and a burn him :)
I cant do the Firefighters and spray the water on the generator and stuff because i dont even have electricity utilities in the prisoner, i disabled the need for any electric utilities!
I have no power in my prison, any way els to start a fire? The metal detector and shower doesnt work either :(

look for the creative mod ;-) this can create fire, dont know if its random or not

Have a cell next to a kitchen with no sprinklers, it'll catch fire eventually.

I tend to put an amerd guard in someones cell if i want them dead .. put weapons free on and the guard will eventually kill him

So you... don't use electricity in your prison? How do you cook?

Interesting. Must be dark at night huh?

Anyway, you could just make a special cell for special treatment, with a shower and a Power Generator... you can't intentionally make fire in this game without a power generator.

I dont have eletrcity nor water because i edit the text files were i have eletricity, but i dont need a power generator or wires, it like, disables electricity so everything has water/eletricity

This. I can't believe you'd want to disable electricity/water. What's the point?! Why not just change everything so there's no challenge at all?

Haha, thats the thing, no challenge. I dont always play it like that, but sometimes i dont want to have challenge and just decide the fate of ones life.....
