Send a prisoner to death row manually

I wonder if I can set a prisoner to death row manually. I want to punish some prisoners with execution. I have an execution room, and 2 cells with max security. Execution room is setted as Death Row (in deployment menu). But don't know how to send a prisoner to death row. Already read these articles :

Death Row Prisoners arrive by bus and by bus ONLY.
You have to activate them in the Intake menu and they come very rarely. You can get 3 in a week or go 4 weeks without a single DR prisoner.

You CANNOT put any of your prisoners into death row without the use of a mod or file editing (use the search function if you want to know more about that, there are several threads)

Can you tell me if my layout design is correct for execution?

Because I getting ALL ROOMS BOOKED error on Death Row Appeal program.

Death Row Appeal happens in a Parole room, so make sure there are no Parole Hearings at the same time as the Death Row Appeal, or you have a sufficient number of parole rooms in total.
You can either set the DRA to an odd time, they do not have to be in a work regime, they can be at any time.
Or make a Parole Room for Death Row Only. Make sure to use the Scheduler to put the Appeal into the correct room.

In that screenshot of yours, the cells are marked as Max Sec. Did you do that for show only or do you keep them that way permanently? You also need DR-Cells for DR prisoners.
