How many cooks and cookers do you need per 50 prisoners?

BTW i did have a kitchen & dinning room for each 80 man cell block but im playing islands and im thinking of having one centralised kitchen.

1 fridge/ 10 prisoners
5 cookers / 40
1 sink/50

I use serving tables as a guide for food requirements.
-1 serving table per 40 prisoners (40 trays)
-at least 3 cookers per serving table
-at least 6 cooks per serving table
-1 sink per serving table for small prisons, at least 4 sinks in prison for 100+ population

blimly, so for 200 prisoners. 5 serving tables, 15 cookers, 30 cooks - thats alot of cooks. !

You can physically provide food with less cooks. But a high number ensures that food is delivered quickly and more importantly, that all food trays are collected and washed. Otherwise you will have 5 fed prisoners and a dense pile of 100 dirty food trays.
