"Outdoor Window" in Cell Grading
What does it mean by I need to have an outdoor window in my cell to raise its quality? I have windows going either way and it's not checked off.

The cell which is rated 0 is so rated because it CANNOT have an "Outdoor Window" as there is no external wall.

Look at the image again. Its the wall that has two large jail doors in it and is around the outside of the cells.

Then can I see a screenshot in logistics view mode... It would make it easier to diagnose the problem.

The window has to be facing outside, it can't be looking onto another indoor area. The window in the middle is looking into another cell and the one to the left is facing the wardens office. Neither of these are classed as outside areas..

A window absolutely must be placed facing outside, as in no building foundation can be present in the 1 square on the outside side of the wall.
