Female prison escape mode

I had the funniest encounter while going on a random workshop map for escape mode, when I came across a female prison, Obvioulsly my charater is meant to be male, the facial parts were all male, and i was walking around these women getting undressed in the reception. They then searched me, and at this point I saw that I too had a female body with all it's parts, it seems as though my charater went through a gender change!
Has anyone else witnessed this? LMAO
