SuperMax Food

I am in the middle of the process of building a SuperMax wing. I would like them to have the least possible amount of contact with basically anyone, but food is an issue, as they all have to get together to eat. I remember reading something about that after a certain alpha, guards would deliver food to people in lockup. How does this work? Will this maintain my prisoners food needs? Can I completely leave eating time out of my regime?

The little 2 man cell units are great. My prsioners get 2 or 3 hours of FT a day but other then that they stay in thier cell unit. Cooks deliver the food before meal time and clean up after, and my prisoners are in the yard durring both those time frames.

they basically did that so you can't get rid of prisoners by locking them in solitary and not feeding.
