How do i use both Holding Cell and Reception

I tried using both one time in a test and the guards would always bypass the prisoner from reception for the holding cell and i prefer to have them stripped searched first.


i have one prisoner that cannot be assigned a room so i figured i make a holding cell and throw him in there till he gets his own cell.

Be sure your reception area is secure. My prisoner always go from the curb to reception to Holding Cell, to real cell.

Mine too... It's amazing how people still have problems with securing their facilities at this late stage...

I'm just baffeled as to why anyone would think a prison didn't need to be secure in the first place.. Do they think it's so great there they all want to stay.. is it the food, the nifty color coded jump suites.. or maybe the workbenches with the previous users hands left behind..
