Report a translation problem
They do start the meetings though but that 'todo' just never clears.
So yea, help?

(seems like somewhat of an oversight/bug)
At least, for me that was the problem. I removed the common room that it was checking for which I didn't set up to have 8 chairs, it then looked for an alternative one and found the one which was set up.
EDIT: Ok, I got this to work by removing the new common rooms (which all had 8 chairs). Then the game apparently checked one of the other common rooms, situated in an existing building, and that passed the test.
The developers should fix this, because I still think it is a bug. At least hint that you should use an existing building. I mean, you have already made two new buildnings, so it is not undeasonable to assume players make a new building for the AA meeting, thus triggering this bug.
