Floor near Perimeter Wall
Hello everyone;

I'm looking for a solution to remove the floor automatically generated near perimeter wall.

Maybe it's just me... But i didn't find a way to do it. :$

Pause the game, place the perimeter wall and then right-click-drag to cancel the flooring.

Or, pre-place a different kind of flooring instead so it doesn't get made.

Either way it makes little difference. The Paving Stone floor generated by Perimeter Walls are free. The only downside is it takes up job time from workers.

Then you paint over it with another outdoor material, even dirt.

Yeah, just paint over it like any other flooring.

Is it in a gang area? Are you trying to put indoor-only flooring on an outdoor floor?
Gonna need more info to go on than that.

My bad... It was the same kind of floor... I feel like an idiot now. :steamsalty:

But there are still some bugs or so... I think, or maybe it's just me again. This time i'm not able to build a fence perpendicularly to a perimeter wall.

I resolved by building a staff door but a simple fence would be better to see.

i would prefer really a staff door, as it avoids inaccessable areas, that cause lags and create sometimes route bugs if staff or abjects are within this area.

Definitely. Also, using Perimeter Walls to augment indoor rooms is a bad idea. Perimeter Walls don't count as indoors, so it could mess up deployment.

Yeah i saw... I did some errors, but i live with them for now. When i'll get some more money i'll fix that. :D
