Don't put me in the dark achievement won't pop.

So the Don't put me in the Dark achievement requires me to execute a prisoner on death row, which I have done a few times in Sandbox mode as well as in the campaign, yet the achievement hasn't popped. Are there any hidden requirements I didn't fulfill?

Actually I realized what I did wrong. Their chance for appeal were never below 10% when I executed them so I never got the achievement until a few hours ago when I discovered that.

Have the same issue. Executed when the prisoner ran out of Death Row Appeals and had 9% chance for clemency. Achievement still didn't pop.

Edit: ok he wasn't out of appeals. Just have to wait as they can only appeal once every two days. Now hes at 4% clemency chance. Will jsut let this run till it goes no lower and try again.

Edit 2: So, let him appeal till was a zero chance of clemency (6 appeals). Still got nothing after executing him. So this can't be done in campaign or what?

I got it in my sandbox prison after I executed a prisoner that was below the chance of repeals percentage (10% for me). So maybe it's only in Sandbox.

OK thanks, will try in sandbox then. The one for 50K a day cashflow did not pop either in campaign. Guess I will try for both of them on the way to getting the 500 prisoners.

I executed a prisoner in sandbox who still had a 47% chance, and got the achievment.
