"Doors" in Escape Mode
"Doors" in escape mode really aren't doors. If you walk up against one and a guard walks by, they open the door for you, regardless of what kind of door it is (except the electronic ones, which guards can't open themselves half the time). This makes it super easy to get into staff rooms and the like that you aren't supposed to get into if they are not marked as a no prisoner area.

that means the prison is badly build and the rooms have wrong security setting. guards only open the doors to areas which you are allowed into

Hence why electronic doors don't open to rooms where prisoners are not allowed because they are operated by guards.

Duh. If you tell your guards that prisoners are supposed to clean the armoury then the guards will follow your orders and let prisoners into the armoury. You are absolutely correct in that you telling your guards to let prisoners into the armoury was not very smart.

I mean in Escape Mode, where guards probably shouldn't be opening staff doors when the player walks against them. I think they are programmed just to open doors that characters are near, so while a normal prisoner would never push against a staff door (and have a guard open it) a player can press against a door and they open it because of how they work. It doesn't matter if the area is marked as restricted, as that is only an effective deterrent if the door square itself is restricted. Otherwise they will open it and you can run into restricted areas. If the door are is restricted you would probably just be handcuffed and go back to your cell.
