Bug in the tutorial mission?

I am supposed to build the Kitchen and Canteen.

I've built a kitchen with 5 cookers and 5 fridges, and 2 bins and yet the game isn't marking them as complete. They are all wired in with power, and the cooks have been serving the prisoners food.

Have I hit a bug?

1. Staff doors, not regular doors in Kitchens, always. You're literally letting any prisoner walk into your kitchen to steal a knife.

2. I see the floor isn't the same in the entire kitchen. There's a warning icon - What does it say?

The warning icon was telling me that I hadn't completed Fridges (Cookers was Green, as was the other two things). Yeah I'm not sure what happened with the floor as I had selected it all when I did the floor.

The placement of the "kitchen" label suggests that you haven't zoned the entire room as kitchen (seems like you just zoned the top-left triangle... )
