buying this game for multiplayer

hello, can anyone share their experience with multiplayer in prison architect? what multiplayer does and is it working perfectly? I read somewhere on reddit posts says multiplayer is broken and unplayable, has it improved or changed by now?

would love to hear some honest review from others before buying this, thank you

Me and my brother play multiplayer all the time. It is not broken at all. Its really good especially if you compare it to Rimworlds Disaster MP where you are always dysincing.

I don't know how you have that experience, the experience for me and my wife on the same wifi has been terrible.

Basically what happened for me and my wife is we played very smoothly until like 300 prisoners, when the prison gets more and more entities to where the game thinks more and more, the game will desync randomly because it can't handle that much on a co-op level. Again, we're on the same wifi, and the wifi does not crash, neither does our computers, and this still happens. The game just derps out. Basically we have awesome gaming computers, awesome wifi, yet it still happens. Idk it's risk, but if you're willing to take it, do it, it is very fun for a while until the problems start happening.
