There are no canteens accessible by this kitchen

I got this message every time i try to build a prison. I got this in different savegames. I built this every time in the same way and there were never problems. What should I do? Please help. The kitchen beside the canteen is divided by a staffdoor. Actually when there is no wall between the two rooms the massage appears.

Usually an error like this is caused by one of two things: 1) Your prison is not secure (not surrounded by an external wall or fence) or 2) You have installed mods and they are out-of-date or otherwise broken and are causing this issue. Try deactivating any mods you have active and see if that clears the issue. If not then try removing all the directories from under the mods directory in (assuming you are using Windows) %localappdata%\Introversion\Prison Architect

The Creative Grand Mod caused this problem. The mod is no longer in the workshop. I did not play for a long time so I did not realized which mods are activated. Thanks for help.
