Ive searched every toilet for tunnels, Ive ordered full shakedown of the room and I have a dog patrol going all over the room 24/7. Still I can't find anything wrong with it.

It looks to me like you haven't zoned the whole room as Dorm. Make sure that EVERY square except where the walls and doors are is zoned as Dorm...

Ive double checked. It's completely zoned. Problem started after an escape but "Enclosed" didnt stop even after hole and tunnels were removed

Got mods active? If so I suggest deactivating them all AND deleting all their directories under (assuming you are running Windows) %localappdata%\Introversion\Prison Architect\mods

No, not using mods. So this was a bug. I removed completely the Dormitory room area, then put it back and it started working. Previously I only tried adding it again, to make sure there were no blocks without dormitory defined.

I don't know why that happens, how to fix it other then what you have already done (which works) or how to prevent it happening. I think this has been mentioned on the mantis bug tracker (along with the "large prison" lag issue) for at least a year and, as far as I am aware, neither issue has a solution yet... Sorry I can't provide any better help but that is the situation...

i think the two fields below the left large jail door were also zoned as dorm, as the description is also a bit left for my eye. But im not 100% sure.

or maybe there is a tunnel ....

I am aware this causes this problem. The two tiles below door are marble tiles, but you can see different colour (not assigned as Dorm like rest of the marble tiles inside the Dorm)

It was some kind of detection bug, it didnt react to removing the tunnel so, only removing and reassigning the area fixed it.

Im new but I think I already know the problem. I had problems building a dorm as well. If the dorm zone area even touches that shower room, it will not be enclosed. Only cells can touch other rooms, dorms are supposed to be totally seperate buildings just for sleeping. You cannot put a shower in the same room as a dorm, the whole room has to be dorm area. Its more like pennitentary than jail in real life, in jail dorms there might be a few shower heads but in the penn you have to wait to go to a shower room.

You can actually build showers in cells (and, I believe, Dorms) just don't zone the area under the shower heads as any other room type - if you do this error will occur...
