Janitors are idle

Do they have work to do, like cleaning the floors?

Do you have a laundry room, so that they have dirty clothings to wash?

Maybe you could provide us more information, what´s going on in your game or additionally post some screenshots of your issue.

Floors are all dirty, they are just idle at the garbage / delivery area. Yes i have a laundry room

No mods, no DLC,

I have to click on a janitor and manually click on the dirty floor for them to clean it.

Placed a cleaning cupboard they placed bleach and then back to being idle.

Then build one and see if that helps.

I´m not sure if it´s required to enable cleaning for the janitors, as i usually build it simultaneously when i hire some janitors, but i guess it could be the issue, since the bleach is stored here.

That´s a way to force them to clean a respective floor tile, but they should do their work automatically.

Then it´s probably a bug. The floor cleaning is currently a bit buggy.

I also have some places, which are very dirty and the janitors refuse to clean it, but at least they work and clean elsewhere.
