Is there a way to remove prisoners?

At the beginning, I just want to point out that I am playing with mods.

So, long story short: I added a mutator mid-game to stop prisoners from digging tunnels. It was during the night, and since I was playing with WW2 mods, I was building a 'camp,' so the prisoners weren't very happy, and they constantly dug up tunnels. However, even after disabling it, some tunnels were still found by guards, leading to a couple of riots that ended pretty fast. Since it was an everyday thing, it didn't bother me, and I was building another sector of the prison. Then, after some time, I noticed that guards were going to a particular place and then coming back. That's when I realized there were three invisible prisoners, and one needed to be escorted to solitary. Additionally, there were four prisoners who had been standing in their cells without moving for more than two in-game days. I am already using cheats, so it doesn't matter how I get rid of them

I guess wait for them to starve is the only option?
I am not playing with mods so it may be something game breaking happening there.
