Why does my floor look weird?

The ground in the chapel is weird in a few tiles and doesn't match the rest of the room. Can I fix this?

Those spots usually disappear after some time. Just wait an in-game day or two.
If waiting doesn't fix it you can try rebuilding the room, demolishing and building a new foundation.

this is a small graphic glitch. just saving and reloading the game should help.
