Guard Tower Assignment?
Just a short question: Is it possible to assign snipers to specific guard towers? If you have for example 2 towers and want to man only one?

Not possible.
You can however fence the guard tower in and control the access with a Door Timer.

However, that is clearly not a hugely good idea because the sniper can easily end up on the wrong side of the fence.
