Is it possible to have each cell in a cell block assigned to it's own canteen?

So I built a prison with 26 high quality cells, with the idea being that the the inmates should have everything they could want in their cells. I've given each cell its own kitchen and canteen setup, but I'm finding that my prisoners are assigned to one canteen in another cell, despite having their own.

Is there a way I can manually assign cells to canteens? All the kitchens provide the food for their "nearest" canteen, but no prisoners are assigned to them. My current setup has all my cells classed as the same cell block, which I believe is the main sticking point for me.

Any advice?

you can separate cell block into tiny blocks of just one cell each by putting regular doors in the corridors connecting them.
OR
you can use murgh's custom zones to place some divider zones in the corridor, inbetween the cells. (same way of effect, but aesthetically less weird)

You can also MANUALLY assign the cellblock to all of the canteens at once, but that probably won't have desired results. They will use more than just one of them tho :D
