Cooks walking to another kitchen to collect ingredients

Pretty much what the title says. Sorry if this has been asked before.
Got 40 Cooks and all of them walk to another prison to go to the kitchen and collect ingredients to cook back at the 1st kitchen. I have changed the deployment and food distribution to great extent, but I can't seem to get them to stop. They are entering the supermax zones then returning to the min/med sectors. The 2nd kitchen is only tasked to provide for a supermax cell block and holding cell. Anyone got any advice? Please and thank you.

So far I have tried this advice from similar cases with no success:
- Giving each kitchen their own storage/delivery area much closer.
- Putting greater distance between the 2 kitchens.
- Deleting all ingredients so the game can resupply each kitchen.
- Sacking all cooks and rehiring new ones/hiring just inmates.
- "Clearing transfer between cells" Some say this is the best fix but I can't activate this feature. It deactivates itself when exiting the settings. Guessing new map needed.

The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is that there aren't enough fridges in the first kitchen. You can also try using the deployment menu to assign chefs.

Thanks for the reply. I had to give up and restart as I could not get around it. Built one massive kitchen and it all worked fine...until I got problems with staff not wanting to go eat at staff canteens...lol. Thinking a mod or corrupted download might just be giving me issues. Could not find the time to test. Will someday. Thanks again.
