Prisoners stuck

I have a load of prisoners who have been for medical treatment but now are stuck either waiting for solitary or lockdown…

However I have plenty of unoccupied cells (I’ve turned off cell ratings), large holding cell, unoccupied solitary cells and all access routes are set to shared security. Plenty of guards to move people around but they’re stuck there until I dismantle the beds, then they get moved, until it repeats again

This is an ongoing problem for several days and they do not fix the error in any way. Every aspect of the game is problematic.

well thanks for teh work around. I ended up doing a new prison last time when removing the cell and adding it back didn't fix it.

edit: damn didnt fix my cells. guess back on the shelf

All you have to do is click on punishments. Then click on escort to the infirmary. Then it should fix.

Shouldn’t have to do this, it should be automatic that they get transferred to cells. I’m not going to play this game until it’s fixed

I've seen others have this bug that is the fix you can do until they find a proper fix.
