Identifying Special Prisoners - Gang Leader

Any tips for identifying gang leaders, do they often hang in groups, be more aggressive if i.ex one of their buds are put on solitary or something similiar and will they all wear a bandana? Not trying to sound like a stereotyphical guy thinking all gang leaders wear a bandana but I have one in my prison that wears one

in gang view leader3 have 3 rings around em
