"How does that even work?"
To me it seems that it's a tedious, disconnected process because it's a single player game.
You also don't even bother to mention any "roles" you can have, examples would be ~really~ good.
It would work where 1 person has the prison and each week someone does the weeks work. It is a rough idea.
Role's will be set up after we get interest
What can they do? How does the interaction between "players" work?
This idea is so hazy.
Roles would be 1 per or 2. Depends on how common and who I choose can add more

Foreman
Head Security Guard
Psycyatrist or however you spell it
Financial Advisor
thoose kind of roles and theese other staff ones Some will be limited
Security Guard
Dog Handler
Dog
National Guard
Cook
Janitorial Jobs
With theese as many can be in them
Death Row Inmate
Protective Custody
Medium Secuity

Inmates can RP inmate stuff
Staff that are guards respond to it
The head staff act on it.
The foreman or someone along the lines would host the prison.
