Status lights, purpose?
Hi

What's their purpose? I watched some 'logic circuit tutorials', but for what do I need lights that turn on green if a condition is met?

I'm using them for toilet monitoring. Every cell has a pressure pad with statuslight in front of the toilet. These are linked to a logic bridge per cell block. And the logic bridges connect to a little room full of statuslights, representing each cellblock. This way I can monitor at night at which cell block there is toilet activity going on. While it's not really a useful thing to do (there is more activity at night than one would expect) it's very nice to see how all the lights in the monitoring room slowly turn on during shower time in the mornings.

For the rest they can be used as a delay if you link them in a row, or other fancy tricks like above. And some logic requires statuslights in between the logic wiring to make things work due to bugs...

Can i have a prison demo with that mechanic, please?

Why do you need toilr monito- OH I SEE

Tunnel prevention?
Good idea.
But i think they're for circuit testing. To see if what you're doing will work.

I'm still searching for a useful scenario. Toilet monitoring is just a big overhead I think :D

It's just for one of those rainy days where you decide to put 4 hours or so in wiring the whole bunch up :)
