Hi
I start a new prison yesterday and there is no "danger alert" in the left corner. Do we have to unlock it now ?

Yes, I believe the psychologist takes care of that, no?

Are you asking about the prisoners needs on the needs tab or about the danger level indicator in the top bar? The first one is unlocked by the psychologist as murgh correctly said, the second is unlocked by the security chief. And we always needed to unlock them that way, hasn't changed since they introduced the feature.
