Riot Police stuck on site with no truck or dismissal button.

Hey, I had a small riot and i called in a couple of trucks of Riot Police. I dismissed them, and they went to their trucks. All except 3 got in, and the trucks drove off leaving those 3 behind.
Any suggestions?

I think that they should automatically just walk to the bottom edge of the map and then despawn, although if they don't do that, then I'm not sure. Maybe you can send them there by clicking and right clicking on the bottom edge of the map?

Doing that just creates the green move circle and doesnt go away, even more annoying...

punch your PC a couple times, pull the plug, than play your console

Sometimes they get stuck and are unable to leave. Give it a few moments and see if they leave. If not, dismiss it as a bug and delete the riot police from your save file. If you don't know how to do this, you can upload your save file here and I can do it for you.

I had to do this with a dead riot police body. It kept trying to leave (like a zombie!) but the doctors kept putting him back on a morgue slab XD. I deleted him from my save and all was good.
