You can build three tables ANYWHERE and then uninstall them immediately afterwards.
OR you could go down the 'prettyness' route and use them as decorative tables for a picnic area or similar! :)
The Vist Booth (That is missing in the V2 preview), is brilliant, because you can put it anywhere on the edge of your prison and no matter where it is, the visitors will travel to it, it even seems to inteligently choose rooms, so even if a prisoner has access to more than one, the visitor will join the one that make the prisoners travel the least. (maybe it get assigned like kitchen/canteen stuff, just without us being able to see it.)
So what I do now is to use them for low security prisoners and the normal and high sec gets the booths :p
