I can't start prisoner programs

The start buttons on the prisoner programs page aren't clickable. Is this a bug with the latest update or is it just me?

Make sure you have enough work hours assigned. Most programs take 2-3 hours.

If your an idiot that makes two, it took me forever to find out how that ♥♥♥♥ worked, also for more flexibility there is a button on bottom that says edit schedule so you can put programs in certain rooms and hours

Reform programs require a block of time. For instance, Education programs need a 3-hour block. Even if you have a classroom and a teacher, if you don't have that time block established in your regime, you can't schedule that program.

certain programs require certain rooms, that must be acsessable to all prisoners you wish to help. for instance drug rehab requires free/work time of an hour or two, make in your schedule at least two hours of work time and an infirmary with doctors that prisoners can go into (one prisoner per bed) and if you go to program schedule u can see where you can fit your program. every other rehab work program has its own requirements. it also costs money
