Death row inmates not showing up

So I built my death row wing. It has everything nesscary, cells, canteen, kitchen, parole room, and excution room. I know it is all set up right because i got one death row prisoner. He stayed there for a day until his first appeals hearing, at wich he point he won and was set to max sec for life. Since that one and only death row prisoner, I now have, every a few days, a death row supposed to show up with intake but he never does. I even on the last intake that he was supposed to show up, turned off all other intake, so the only prisoner i was supposed to get was death row. When he showed up, it was a max sec prisoner. Any help please.

So have figured it out. I built my death row enclosed by premiter walls complety seprate from the rest of the prison. When i was built i went into deployment and set not just the cells, but every single thing inside that wall, canteen, kitchen, excution room, walking area, everything death row only. After many hours of research and tinkering around, it turns out there is a bug, if you set the excution room to death row only, for some reason it no longer sees the excution room and so you never get death row inmates. I set the excution room and the walking around, leaving only the cells, canteen, and parole room as death row and left everything else shared. I now get death row inmates as i am supposed to. They are rare so dont excpet to get one every day but i unsally get one every 3-5 days and they actually show up when they are supposed to.

Interesting. I keep my execution room staff only except if I need to actually execute someone. It seems to work fine.

I don't think you need a canteen or kitchen, guards will bring death row prisoners their meal. Death row prisoners are pretty much the least troublesome inmates in the game, since they usually just sit there. All they really need is a cell and parole room.
