How to recruit informants...

I know there is a video for this, but can someone post the link for me to check it out.
Anyway, I need help about recruiting informants. I have this guy who is in solitary and when I go him, I do not know how to recruit him. Can someone either post the link, or tell me please!

It not only depends if a prisoner is in sollitude but it depends on many variables. F.I. Time spent in prison, reoffending rate and some other things mentioned in the video.

An easy way to find possible informant recruits is checking out your bottom contraband tab, not the one on the clipboard. It'll mark any potential informants for you, gawd did that save work once I found that out.

In general, just throwing someone in Solitary for 24 hours will do it within moments. As the post above said, check your Contraband tab, with the Informants option -- it will put a yellow circle around anyone who is ready to be recruited.

Click him to open his info and it's either on the Character or Experience tab, can't remember which, there's a "Recruit Informant" button.
