Well, its just average and really tiny. (my current prison has 2,000 prisoners)

Things you could easily improve:

Make a direct route from your kitchen to your canteen, this will result in shorter walk times for your cooks. At the moment they have to walk around half your canteen to enter it. (The positive point is, that your canteen and kitchen are next to each other.

Next thing: space economicy: if you build a hallway with cells at both sides, you can save a lots of space.

Also you have build your prison a bit chaotic. There is no clear pathing structure. I normal build at top and button cells and build in front of my cell blocks a pathway that goes from left to right. So there is a clear path. In the middle i build all the rooms i need.

Maybe you can tell me, what you think about my prison layout:

loading at your own risk, it lags because the size.

your map is really huge, thats all i can say,

I suggest a fence (to start) that you can later turn into a perimeter wall all the way around the outer edge of your map. This avoids alot of escape attempts.
Maybe consider putting showers toward the back of the cells, not the front (to avoid areas where alot of prisoners will be going in/out of at all times, not just showers.
have all your cells (and prisoner stuff) on left side of map, all staff type stuff on right...near the road. That way prisoners don't have a chance to 'accidentally' walk close to the road during an open period and wander off (aka: escape).

for some tips that might help you out, feel free to check out my guide:

I find it unorganised.

Look here, I have my cells together on the left, I have entertainment and services on the right. (Another one in the top left, cut off)
The canteen is always a central point of my prisons. It's all to minimise walking distances.

You are wasting a lot of space by building an indoor prison.
I'll now count up a few of your hallways that are too big or completely unnecessary at all.
The hallways bewtween your staff room and the southern cells.
South of your infirmary
South of your west-generator.

Your canteens and kitchens are all cramped, so if you ever wanted to increase capacity you MUST build a new C/K, instead of being able to just make the existing room bigger.
On top of that, why does a single generator have more space than a kitchen for a cellblock?

Visitors in the top right could easily just have their own, private entrance instead of having to walk all around the prison.
Generally many of your rooms actually should have two or even three doors, but you seem to like making people walk a lot.

I'm also not sure about the zoning of the western cells, but the resolution isn't good enough to see the room designations.

One final thing, that is absolutely beautifully shown by Trixi:
A central corridor.
This is the greatest convenience for Staff and prisoners. You can reach any spot in Trixi's prison by turning approximately 3-4 corners, starting at the entrance.

Here are some points, im just throwing them:

-Yard dont have to be so big
-make sure you have at least one "staff only" zone between your inmates and exit
-you can place radio/showers/weightbenches/phonebox etc in their cells. They will use this.
-Canteen could be closer to your cells. because its important to reduce the amount of walking
-directly connect your kitchen with your canteen (less walking)
