I can´t place an accountant

Hi Im new in this game.. In my new prision, the only thing than I can do to win a Grandt is hiring an accountat or other Staff... I have the money, but I can´t hire it. How can I make bigger the max of expended money? Thanks :D

You get money for each inmate in your prison each day plus the $2000 federal grant. If you want to hire more staff you need to accept more prisoners into your prison through intake so that your daily spending limit goes up. The other thing you could do is fire some other staff member to free up some money to pay the accountant.

Fire more staff, buy the accountant, re-buy your staff.

Until such a time that you hire the accountant you cannot spend more than your daily income on wages, even if you are sitting on billions of cash. This is arguably a bit of a Richard relocation.
