When prisoners have too much sleep, they might wake up early and not go back to sleep, so they get really angry during the day.
Yes. I couldnt believe how many hours of sleep in the regime!!
I usually have 5 hours of sleep (12-5), and mandatory lockup from 10pm to 12am. If they need more sleep than 5 hours, they'll use the lockup time to do so! :D
You should add at least 1 more hour of work. It's usually good to have 3-hours straight of work, by blocks of 3 hours. You should add a 6th hour, it will give you greater flexibility in your programs schedule.
