Prisoners not working nor interested in programs

None of my prisoners are interested in any programs other than parole and none of them do any work. My regime shows they have alot of work time and I included some more screenshots of the prison and their needs that are being met.

yeah same for me, I just assigned 6 prisoners to a large cleaning cabinet, 4 hours of work time in schedule, but nothing happens. They just go to their cells.

there is deffo a new feature with it none of mine will take any jobs or programs apart from breathe and parole ive just hit the point where they all refuse to shower so its none stop riots time yay

This is also the same for me, and I've checked everything related to it. I reckon the new update has broken programs entirely. It's also broken yard time and eating time (no one goes outside) for me.

Having this problem too. I can only assume it's a bug? I will note that my criminally insane prisoners are still attending their appointments, but that's the only programme that is working at the moment.

Same for me. Just started a new game and they keep rioting because of dirty clothes, but no-one will work in the laundry, or cleaning cupboard or kitchen. I've given up now.

I've upped prisoner pay to 120% and still haven't gotten a single inmate to take any of 8 jobs available despite there being plenty of inmates "qualified".

Edit:
I've now upped the pay to 400% and still no takers... and yes, I have work time allotted- 6 hours worth in at least 2 hr blocks.

I have found the solution. Make sure you have the free DLC 'Cleared for Transfer' installed, as this new DLC disables all prisoner privileges by default for some reason. You can only access these privileges through 'Cleared for Transfer'

I'm having the same issue, also having an issue where I can't set up behavior therapy, saying I'm missing equipment, yet I have 2 psychologists offices with couches. Also, 8 out of 10 comments in this thread are temporarily hidden...What's going on today o.0

I know why.... you have to go to Policy and at the top labled "Privege Policy", set the correct policies to allow those inmates to work and so on.

The same thing is happening to me too, I don't know if the new update broke the jobs and programme side of things as everything was working fine until the update and here I was, so happy with the prison I made too . I hope they will fix this soon.

Same here. I have encountered alot of interesting bugs since I reinstalled the game yesterday.

Staff wont eat.
Prisoners wont take jobs, attend any classes, or get visitation from families.

All the prisoners in my jail do is eat, sleep and shower. They attend the parole hearings but 9 times outta ten they just kill everyone in the room.

Last time I played in 2018 all these systems worked fine.
